Antifreeze Fun.
Puddles are generally bad in the shop, unless the A/C has been running.
Then it is a matter of tracing the leak up...
And up...
Until you have to really start taking things apart...
And go up some more...
Until you find it. We tried just to tighten this fitting, with the result being the entire fitting bursting free of it's restraints with a spectacular geyser of hot antifreeze.
We left it overnight. Turns out that someone had tried to fix the overflow tank by putting this brass fitting in place of the plastic fitting which comes sealed into one piece with the tank from the factory. New tank in, and we can move on to the next project.
