Blah Blah Blah, The Rest of Wheat Harvest, Blah Blah Blah

Finishing up the hail damaged wheat-- at least 26% lost.

The top photo is never a good sight to return to, but we got by with just needing a single bolt.

This is the same day, after we discovered that the Jagalene was still a little too wet to cut.

A single bolt! Amazing. I guess my question is why am I so amazed? What is the 4th picture from the top?

That is the left hand drive shaft where it intersects with the transmission. If you followed this drive shaft to the left you would see that it in turn is coupled to the final drive which is what makes the left hand drive wheel turn. All that was needed to fix it was to slide the coupler back over the shaft coming out of the transmission and stick a bolt through the coupler to keep it centered.
